I ordered two bunches 1 for a friend and 1 for myself I gave the better one to my friend and kept the poor one myself, so disappointed as two of the carnations were dead on arrival and two of the other ones died two day later. A few flowers came out bloom from the spray carnations but the rest died in bud, as for the gypsophila it was nearly nonexistent and only a tiny amount came out in flower. Really disappointed with my purchase. Patricia Robinson.

Dreadful service I ordered some flowers to be delivered Saturday before Mother’s Day and when they weren’t delivered by Sunday evening. I told them to cancel the order. They arrived the following Wednesday but were not received. I’m still waiting for a refund and an explanation!!!

I regularly use this company for my mum who lives in Birmingham They last ages too....

I ordered a bouquet of flowers for my Mum for Mothers Day, they arrived 3 days after Mothers Day, not as described, not even the same flowers or colours, half dead, no ribbon and tied with sellotape! Absolutely disgusting and very upsetting. I complained to LFW and the initial response was instructions on how to look after flowers, no acknowledgement at all that the flowers did not represent the bouquet on their website. Avoid this company at all cost.UPDATEAfter over 35 emails being sent to LFW asking for a full refund for the appalling bunch of weeds sent to my Mum for mothers day, they have now decided to ignore me. They have violated the Consumer Rights Act 2015. they do not care about their customers or about putting things right when things go wrong. Do not waste your money, you will be very disappointed.

4 days late for a 68th wedding anniversary, and no response to my emails. Terrible service, terrible quality. Won’t be using this company again


I would have given NO stars but wouldn't allow me. Horrible customer service when you have an issue. The flowers are VERY POOR QUALITY, look good on delivery but within 24 hours have wilted, the bouquet looks lovely on website, this is not necessarily what you receive. You can buy better from the supermarket.

The reason you got a 3 star was entirely because the flowers did not arrive untill the day after Mothers Day. NOT good! If you promise a delivery date then by my consumer expectations, you should deliver by that date. Especially as I ordered on the 11th.... giving you PLENTY time to get Mums flowers there on time. I bet YOUR own Mums didnt wake to NO gift that morning!!?

Ordered for 13th March for Mother’s Day. After ordering I read in email there could be 2-3 day delay. Not happy they arrived on 16th won’t use again

Lovely flowers,slight delay on delivery but spoke to lady on phone and it was all dealt with promptly and politely

Always had fantastic service and great feedback from the people I have purchased for, also recommended the site to alot of friends who have now used it.Only disappointment was my last purchase for Mother's day. The flowers were ordered 9 days in advance however arrived 3 days late

To my dismay they have not been delivered, I find this very upsetting.
When I use Moonpig I go to live chat and any problems are sorted there and then.
The service from Lovely Flora is appalling I have tried to contact them via email, phone and messages not heard from them I want a refund so I can use a reputable company.
